Lower Stung Russei Chrum hydropower station (Overseas)

The Stung Russei Chrum Downstream Hydropower Station Project is located in the KOHKONG province of Cambodia. It is a BOT project. The owner is China Huadian Hong Kong Co., Ltd.,and BJEC undertook the feasibility study report, investigation and design, monitoring and design work. The construction of the project commenced in April 2010, and the upper and lower hydropower stations started to generate electricity in 2013. The Stung Russei Chrum downstream hydropower station is composed of the upper and lower power stations. The upper power station has an installed capacity of 174MW. The average annual energy output is 525.2 million kW.h, and the annual utilization hours are 3018h; the lower power station has an installed capacity of 164MW and the average annual energy output is 495.4 million kW.h, and the annual utilization hours are 3020h.
