In the field of water conservancy engineering, BJEC has successively completed the investigation and design of large-scale reservoir projects such as Guanting, Fenhe, Zhuwo, Dahuofang, Gangnan, Huangbizhuang, Yuecheng, etc. In recent years, BJEC has undertaken the investigation and design of state key water conservancy projects, including Bantai flood diversion sluice project, yellow river diversion project in middle Shanxi, Xiaolangdi yellow river diversion project in Shanxi, Tianjiaotan water conservancy project, and Xiong’an regulating reservoir of south–north water transfer project. In the field of water engineering, BJEC deeply engaged in urban water supply engineering, urban drainage engineering, urban water resource utilization and protection, urban water management, etc. In recent years, BJEC has undertaken the surface water plant and water transmission and distribution pipeline network project of core area for Chongli Winter Olympic Games project, investigation and design projects such as water purification plant and water distribution system in Tongchuan new materials Industrial Park, urban rainwater and urban rainwater and sewage diversion PPP project for wastewater treatment in Yongqiao District, Suzhou. BJEC expands flood control businesses such as river regulation, dike treatment, flood diversion works and reservoir works, as well as farmland irrigation business such as continued supporting construction of irrigation area and new irrigation area.
